常规钻具充气反循环钻井技术研究与试验

Research and Testing of Aeration Reverse Circulation Drilling Technology with Conventional Drilling Tool

摘要: 长宁页岩气部分井区地表地形复杂,地下水资源丰富,表层裂缝、溶洞发育,地层压力系数低,表层井漏问题严重影响了该区页岩气资源高效勘探开发。目前该区主要采用气体钻井和清水强钻技术解决表层钻井井漏问题,但这两种技术存在一定局限性。双壁钻杆气举反循环钻井技术是一种有效的低压、负压钻井技术,已成熟应用于水井、地热井等钻井领域,但该技术需要专门配套气水龙头、双壁钻杆、气水混合器等工具,工艺复杂,成本较高。在双壁钻杆气举反循环钻井技术基础上,设计了一种常规钻具充气反循环钻井新工艺,进行了现场试验,用以解决长宁页岩气表层钻井严重井漏问题。试验取得了一定的成果,累计进尺 241m,与邻井同井段井漏地层相比,较常规钻井技术井漏减少 83.6%。研究成果为解决长宁页岩气表层严重井漏问题提供了一种新的技术措施,为其他低压易漏地层钻井难题处理提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

 In some areas of Changning shale gas play, the surface well leakage problem seriously affects the efficient exploration and development of shale gas resources in this area due to the complex surface topography, rich groundwater resources, well developed fractures and karst caves in the surface layer, and low formation pressure coefficient. At present,there are no better drilling technology measures except gas drilling and clean water drilling. But these two methods have some limitations because the gas drilling technology can not work well in water producing formation and there exist high risk of sticking in clean water drilling. Dual drill pipe gas lift reverse circulation drilling technology is an effective low-pressure and underbalanced pressure drilling technology, which has been applied in water well, geothermal well and other drilling applications. However, this technology needs special matching tools such as gas swivel, dual drill pipe and gas-water mixer. And it has complex process and cost high. Therefore, on the base of dual drill pipe gas lift reverse circulation drilling technology, a new technology of aeration reverse circulation drilling with conventional drill pipe is designed and field test is carried out to solve the problem of serious lost circulation in Changning shale gas surface drilling. The total footage is 241 m, and the loss of drilling fluid is 83 . 6% less than that of adjacent wells in the same well section. The research results provide a new technical measure to solve the serious lost circulation problem in Changning shale gas surface sections, providing a reference for solving other drilling problems in low-pressure and leaky formations.
